NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
A yoga class especially designed for the post natal period. Suitable from 6 week GP check or when you are given the ok to resume exercise. Safe for those with abdominal separation and safe for the hormonal changes that affect our joints/muscles and ligaments post pregnancy. We focus on strengthening areas that may have weakened during pregnancy and muscles we will need for looking after a little one. We also open those tight areas and use breathing/relaxation techniques to help us feel a bit more human again. Also an excellent way to connect with other mums and babies.
Mats can be provided but need cleaning before and after class, you may prefer to bring your own. I have a playpen but please bring something for baby to lie/sit on if preferred and toys for entertainment as under current restrictions I cannot bring toys. Covid measures-mums temperature taken on arrival, contact details held securely for 21 days for track and trace.
