We cover postural, pelvic floor and core restoration exercises plus exploring meditation & breathing techniques. Our Postnatal classes are for new Mums with babies up to 18 months. A great range of classes and levels to get yourself back into fitness after having babe. All held in a safe environment with a qualified trainer.
