Developed with the help of Speech and Language experts and launched in January 2001, the "Sing and Sign" programme has since taught tens of thousands of parents across the UK how to sign with their babies and encourage amazing early communication.
About
My name is Syrah and I have been teaching the Sing and Sign programme to families in North East London, Essex and Kent for the past 10 years. My own signing journey began as a mummy myself where I had a passion to enable my three babies to communicate well. We enjoyed the Sing and Sign programme together and I was fascinated by their individual journeys towards speech.
As a graduate in Drama and Theatre Studies I thoroughly enjoy music and singing so the opportunity to engage with young babies and developing tots using sign language was a no-brainer for me! I have now shared the journey of hundreds of families who keep coming back for 'more' Sing and Sign because we all love it so much! Once you have experienced the benefit of the programme, you never look back!
