Babywearing has many documented benefits from reduced crying and increased bonding, to getting jobs done or time in nature. Slings and carriers are fantastic, a must have tool in your parenting kit. Whether full time use - no prams, or as and when, having a safe sling/carrier that fits well, is comfortable means you can carry for as long as you want to. We provide weekly online and in person bump to baby classes, so you can learn about all the different slings available, and how to wear them. What to look out for in slings you purchase to ensure they are well made, or the right style for you. We also hire slings, so you can try before you buy, or try different styles and change as your baby grows. As a result of coronavirus, and responding to parents needs we have created a new class - combining slings and fresh air, Nature Walks take you on a short to medium walk in the countryside, giving you opportunity to try a sling, receive parenting support, get gentle exercise and take on an educational play prompt. A real dose of Hygge and wellbeing.

We are Parent Sanctuary. We help parents find calm and peace in nature, improve the health and wellbeing of the whole family and create sustainable activities to help with bonding, education and social development of babies and children. Primarily focused on the under 5's, but we do provide health and wellbeing for both primary and secondary-aged children.
