Prenatal: stay healthy and strong in pregnancy with prenatal yoga! This class is a mix of energising yoga to create the strength you need to feel ready for birth and the postnatal period, breath work to keep you grounded and balanced and relaxation techniques for pregnancy and birth.
Postnatal: start to strengthen from the inside out and realign your body with postnatal breathing and yoga. Relieve aches and pains from holding, feeding and stress and learn useful strategies for self-care, relaxation and adjusting to motherhood. Reduce exhaustion and feel more energised and get some headspace with guided meditation
