I am currently offering 2 Post Natal Yoga classes one for 6wks to crawling and the other from crawling onwards.
The 1st class aims to gently strengthen the body, focusing on the core and pelvic floor as well as problem areas for news mums.
The 2nd offers a stronger practice for Mamas who want to get going with a stronger practice, but still focusing on essential post natal needs.
Both classes are deeply nourishing, regenerative and very relaxed
They offer great bonding time with your babies as well as giving yourself some well urned love.
Classes are also a lovely way to build a community of new mamas
