What Yoga with Jodie says

My Mum & Baby Yoga classes were designed to enable you to practice yoga without having to leave your baby. You will benefit from a calming yoga flow to stretch and soothe your body, and begin gaining back strength and tone of the body and pelvic floor. We will remain connected with baby and incorporate them into some postures.
