A fun, educational structured parent and child session for children who can walk and are ready to develop movement skills, balance and co-ordination as well as essential social and emotional life skills. The Programme is based on the British Gymnastics FUNdamental Award Scheme and uses exciting themes, activities, songs and props to develop body awareness and confidence to navigate the spaces around them.
