I’m Pamela, owner of Blossom Yoga & Birth, yoga teacher and hypnobirthing teacher.

There is nothing I love more than welcoming people into my classes and helping them on their journey , watching them grow through pregnancy and motherhood, and beyond.

I attended Pamela’s yoga and birth prep class from 20 weeks right through until the week before I had my wee one.

The classes are such a community and really help with not feeling so isolated in pregnancy. It’s such a great place to meet others going through the same journey! I benefited from the information, the yoga and the relationships made with peers. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I attended a birth prep class with Pamela too, it was so useful for both of us, but particularly to take away the fear for my husband.

I went to Pamela's class when I was pregnant with my second little one. It was a great hour a week to myself to just relax and enjoy bump.

Since my little one was 8 weeks we have been to mum and baby class. Cannot recommend enough. Welcoming class. Good for both me and baby which is different from most classes. Great to meet other mums with little ones of a similar age

So sad to be finishing up Mum and Baby Yoga before returning to work next week! I've been attending Pamela's classes since I was about 20 weeks pregnant - first to pregnancy yoga and then Mum and Baby Yoga when my wee one arrived and have loved every minute! The weekly pregnancy classes really helped to keep me calm and provided lots of useful tools for birth and Mum and Baby Yoga has been a great combination of some gentle exercise for me combined with fun for Kyle! Pamela is a fountain of baby knowledge in a very non-judgemental way and even steps in to provide cuddles and let you do some actual yoga now and again (which Kyle loved!) Pamela also really encouraged social meet ups after class and I've met a lovely bunch of fellow mum's through her classes which has made maternity leave even more enjoyable! Thank you so much Pamela!.

I love my weekly womens yoga class with Pamela. One of the only chances I get to switch off and stretch. The class is informal and relaxing which suits me perfectly. There is a lovely community feel amongst the ladies who attend and Pamela makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. Thank you Pamela!

I absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga classes with Pamela and will miss them now I've had my baby! I found the advice, tips, and very open and honest chats about labour and birth to be incredibly helpful and reassuring. The breathing techniques we learned were invaluable during procedures while pregnant as well as during labour. The yoga and relaxations were exactly the 'me time' I needed each week, particularly in the third trimester. And the opportunity to meet and talk with other mums going through the same things as I was, as well as Pamela who is a fountain of pregnancy and birth knowledge, really helped me through the tough weeks and prepared me for birth. I credit Pamela's classes - both pregnancy yoga and birth prep - with helping me have a really positive birth experience. I would highly recommend Pamela's classes to any mum-to-be.
