This class incorporates movement, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises to support your body's healing after birth and help you build both physical and mental strength (two must-haves for all new parents). It includes specific exercises around strengthening your abdominal muscles, opening up your chest and shoulders, and stretching your hamstrings.
