Description

Pilates exercises have been proven to help develop and retain a healthy pelvic floor, especially during and after pregnancy.

Please note Antenatal classes should be booked after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Postnatal classes after 6 weeks from natural delivery or 12 weeks from a C-Section.
