Martial Arts for children should be promoted and welcomed as it offers a range of life skills as well as a fun way to keep them fit and healthy. We have two kids Martial Arts classes available, Cadets and juniors, distinguished by age group and complexity of techniques taught.

The cadet class works to a syllabus that will introduce children to the world of martial arts. The cadet class also helps to promote:

Enjoyment – Have fun meeting new friends, Challenges, Learning & Improving

Achievement – Feel Proud & Confident

Self Defence – Learn practical techniques that are age appropriate.

Confidence & Ability to Protect yourself.

Lessons are taught by an instructor that is enhanced DBS checked and fully insured.
