How To Enter The Competition

To enter, all you need to do is book a class on Happity… And that’s it!

You don’t need to do anything else. As long as you have made the booking through the Happity website, then you’ll automatically be entered.

Plus, there isn’t a limit on how many times you can enter. Meaning if you book a block or term of classes, you can gain a higher chance of winning.

Anyone can also enter this competition for free (one free entry per month per person). To enter for free, like this post on Instagram and tag a friend who would also be interested in this prize.

Terms & Conditions

Our monthly competitions are for any customers making a paid booking through Happity in the stated month.

1. The monthly competitions (“Competitions”) are open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. By purchasing a class on Happity in the relevant month, consumers will be eligible to receive an entry to the Competition. The more classes you purchase, the more entries to the competition you will receive. Entrants will be automatically entered into the Competition.
3. Everyone who books a class during April will be entered. Please note that if you have a class during April but you booked it in a prior month, you won’t be entered into this months competition.
4. Anyone can enter this competition through the free route (one free entry per month per person). To enter for free, like our post on Instagram, then tag a friend who would also be interested in this prize + tag a class who you would like to also win a Baby Gifting product.
5. The Competition period begins on the first calendar day of the month (1st) and will close at midnight on the last calendar day of the month (28th/30th/31st as relevant).
6. The prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, other than for the product manufacturer’s standard manufacturers warranty. No substitution or transfer is permitted, the voucher is non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative or alternative of any kind to the voucher.
7. The Competition is not open to anyone employed/engaged by Happity or by the product manufacturers.
8. If the promotion is refused to an individual – any decision we make is final and binding in all matters and no further correspondence will be entered into.
9. We will contact you by phone and email to let you know you have won. If we do not get an acknowledgement or any requested details from you within seven days, you will forfeit the prize and we will pick another winner. 
10. Happity may need to publish or make available on request information that indicates that a valid award of prize took place- this shall ordinarily be the recipient’s surname and country of residence. You may object to such publication or making available of that information by indicating this upon being contacted regarding the Competition. Please note, in all circumstances Happity may need to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if the Competition is challenged.
11. As the promoter of the Competition, Happity reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
12. Happity reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
13. By entering the Competition you consent to our processing of your information for the purposes of the Competition.
14. By deciding to enter into the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree that Happity shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion.
