What 12x3 boxing gym says

I’m so excited to bring this to the gym… a boxing class just for mums, where you can train, sweat, move your body and feel like you again… and yes, babies in buggies are absolutely welcome.

You don’t need any boxing experience.
You don’t need to be “fit enough”.
You just need to show up as you are!

What you need to know:

Babies must stay in their buggies/prams during the session.
Please make sure you’ve had your 6–8 week GP check and been cleared for exercise.
• C-section mums: please wait 10–12 weeks and be fully healed.
I’ll offer modifications for pelvic floor, abdominal separation and core recovery.
No contact… all technique, bag work, footwork and full-body conditioning.
Suitable for babies up to the crawling stage.
Bring water, trainers and baby essentials.
