At DCL Early Years Services, we’re proud to provide nurturing care and stimulating learning for your children. By following our mission, vision and values, we provide children with the tools they need for future happiness and success. Our unique caregiving and educational services incorporate a variety of early years theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning and development.

I established DCL Early Years Services LTD in 2019 after 11 years of shaping the minds of our future in schools and private nurseries.

As an Early Years Specialist and qualified Teacher, through the years, I have received an overwhelming amount of requests from parents for additional childcare services from someone they trust with their children and their futures. Having realised there are limited options for an early years childcare service encompassing private teaching (tutoring), nannying, babysitting and early years classes in London & Essex, DCL Early Years Services LTD was born.

Education:
BA Hons Primary Education Specialising in Early Years with QTS and Diploma in Early Years Level 4.

Experience:
-10 years working as a primary teacher
-4 years of private tutoring
-16 years ad hoc nannying and babysitting
-Thomson children's holiday rep
-Senior leader in private day nurseries.

Why:
Early years has always been my passion and I want to share that with as many people as possible!

It all stems from my childhood.... I struggled to learn, make friends and I was often bullied in primary and secondary school. I was always a quiet child who preferred creative and active learning to academic activities. I used to study so hard just to achieve basic satisfactory grades. I later learned while in university that I had mild dyslexia.

I now want to help as many children as I can find fun and exciting ways to learn to improve their confidence and build their self-esteem.

After teaching and working with children for 15 years I decided to go alone and start working towards my dream of having my own early years centre. I still have a long way to go but I love being my own boss and my business has grown quickly.

I adore what I do and I feel so thankful to all those who have supported me throughout my journey.

I believe in teaching and developing young minds by making it fun to learn. Therefore, I have built the company values based on fun, learning, love and excellence. Each of the DCL Early Years Services teachers passionately share the same ethos and will endeavor to ensure your child receives the best care and/or learning experience.
