Hi I'm Rhay
I'm Mummy to three and I am so excited to be part of your pregnancy and parenting journey. I absolutely believe we can't pour from an empty cup and that is why I thrive on these wellbeing practices for you and your baby.
My background is in mental health, specialising with interest into pre and postnatal mental wellbeing, parent and child bonding and nurturing. I run my sessions so that I can be with you from the get go, through pregnancy relaxation, baby confidence and hypnobirthing, into postnatal wellbeing, baby massage and beyond. I run speciality workshops also so keep an eye on our calendar.
