ALLÉGRO DANCE ACADEMY

Our aim is to enable all students to reach their full potential by providing high quality training in a friendly, nurturing and inclusive environment whether they dance for fun or with the view of pursuing ballet or dance as a career. Our teachers hold teaching qualifications with the Royal Academy of Dance, Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, Acrobatic Arts and Progressing Ballet Technique. This ensures students are taught safely by teachers who follow strict safeguarding policies. Our teachers are PVG certified and hold relevant first aid certificates. They regularly participate in continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure they stay up to date with safe practice and evolving techniques. At Allégro Dance Academy, students also have the opportunity to take classes in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), Body Strengthening/Stretch, Foot Strengthening and Pointe Work. We also have classes at Cathcart Church on Wednesdays and Fridays in addition to classes in the city centre on Mondays for our senior students.
