What Aurora Birth Club says

My group hypnobirthing course will teach you everything you need to feel confident and completely prepared for birth. You’ll attend with your birth partner and get to know a group of other expectant parents, due at a similar time to you, so that you can keep in touch and support each other through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Aurora Birth Club is all about making sure you feel empowered, supported and prepared to give birth, however and wherever you choose to give birth. I’d love to help you learn the hypnobirthing skills you need to make that happen on my next courses. Ideally, you’d take the course when you are 24-34 weeks pregnant so you have plenty of time to practise before the big day!

About

I am a FEDANT accredited hypnobirthing teacher aiming to ensure that you have the tools you need to help you manage your pain during labour and have the best possible birth experience - regardless of how and where you choose to give birth.

For the last 10 years, I have worked in schools as a teacher and headteacher. This means I’m really well prepared to teach you in a way that is engaging and inspiring.

I am passionate about sharing the skills you need to tackle birth in control of your comfort levels with confidence and calmness. I want you to have a wonderful birth; wherever and however you choose to do it.

Taking a course with me welcomes you to Aurora Birth Club; a supportive and friendly community for new parents as they navigate pregnancy, labour, birth and the new parenthood. We’re all about making connections and helping you build your parenting network. 3am night feeds are so much easier when you have someone in the same boat to talk to!
