ABOUT YOUR HOST
Deborah Rose is a full-spectrum doula and Ayurvedic Practitioner, specialised in women’s health and holistic parenting. Today, she has completed over 3000 hours in guiding women through their childbearing years with Ayurveda.

It all started a decade ago when her first Ayurvedic session helped her heal from fertility issues. With butterflies in her stomach, she paused her career as a fashion model to immerse in this luscious, ancient wisdom. Her journey led her to dip her toe into many educational streams, including those of first lineage holders such as Dr. Vasant Lad, K.P. Khalsa, and Maya Tiwari.

Her first years of practice came through the fashion industry where she helped her peers heal their wombs and mind-body relationships to make these the foundation of their iconic career. Deborah hasn't changed her approach much since, although she now mainly facilitates birthers, parents, and their young.
