What B'Opera says

B'Opera create high quality, interactive musical experiences for babies, toddlers and their families. After residencies at Birmingham Hippodrome and Warwick Arts Centre, Birmingham based B'Opera are thrilled to bring their acclaimed First Songs to St George's Church Edgbaston. B'Opera run a Relaxed Concert series, create theatrical experiences for young children, and are regular Visiting Artists at Birmingham Children's Hospital. They are partners on the Birmingham Early Years Music Consortium.

About

Zoë is a professional singer and trained educator in Early Childhood Music through the CME:EC (Certificate of Music Education: Early Childhood)
She spent 8 years teaching in the Junior Department at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, and now lives and works in Birmingham where she's a mother to two girls. B'Opera are regular Visiting Artists at Birmingham Children's Hospital, and tour their children's operas widely. Zoë is regularly invited to speak about B'Opera's work both locally and nationally. Her recent Arts Council England Developing Your Creative Practice grant saw the beginning of MotherVoice, a creative group for mothers.
