Hello, I'm Julia! I'm a 5 star rated, experienced and recognised Doula and certified Hypnobirthing Teacher. I am also the Co-Chair for Leeds Maternity Voices Partnership and I work closely with Leeds maternity team and local families, to improve maternity services across Leeds. I live in Leeds/Wakefield, West Yorkshire with my family, 1 dog and 1 cat.
I feel honoured to be able to work with women and families and to be able to share my expertise. As a highly trained, experienced, expert in my field, I can teach you hypnobirthing techniques, to help you to feel calm, supported, informed and in control during your birth, which will increase your chances of having a positive birth experience.
