The NCT have designed a very special baby massage course. You will be taught highly effective massage techniques that will help your baby's physical and emotional development, as well as enhancing their sleep. Every single move will have benefits - no time fillers in this class! We will also be talking about postnatal life and supporting each other in the group, as life can be a roller coaster of emotions at this time. The group is ideal for those that live in Chiswick, Shepherds Bush or Hammersmith or live in the surrounding areas. Best suited from birth through to not crawling yet. Please do not worry if your baby cries, needs a feed or just wants to be held throughout the session, everything is designed so that you will have all the information you need to practise at home. The course is taught by Claire Maguire an award winning nct postnatal practitioner who passionately believes that baby massage is fantastic for parents wellbeing too.

Claire Maguire is an award winning ( NCT Practitioner of the Year 2019, Innovative Practitioner of the Year 2013) NCT Teacher who lives in Chiswick with her husband and two children and loves to see parents blossom in confidence and make friends as the course progresses. She is very sociable and makes sure that her groups are too!
