I facilitate Baby Massage classes in the comfort of your own home or from The Orchard in Chipstead. Classes can be arranged for 1:1 or groups. Group courses consist of: * Four or five classes of 1 hour each (1.5 hours at The Orchard), run over consecutive weeks * A full body massage routine and a short routine to help with colic * Detailed handouts and massage oil to take home with you * Time for refreshments, questions and a chance to share experiences. The course is suitable for babies from birth to crawling and the strokes will be demonstrated on a doll whilst you massage your baby. Full details of the course and what you need to bring etc, will be sent to you once you have booked your place.
