About

I’m Dr. Meg Woodrow , a practicing GP with a special interest in women’s health and a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG). I have first-hand experience of becoming a parent and found that many antenatal classes left big gaps in practical knowledge and emotional preparation. After attending one such class myself, I felt unprepared and inspired to create something better. My background in teaching, combined with my medical training and personal journey into parenthood, allows me to offer an engaging, informative, and supportive antenatal experience. At Baby Steps GP, I aim to provide parents-to-be with honest, evidence-based information, while creating a space where they feel confident, connected, and ready for the journey ahead.
