My hypnobirthing classes are designed for every stage of motherhood—whether you’re preparing for your first baby or looking to heal and create a more positive experience after a previous challenging birth, including specific classes for c - section preperation.

I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you’ll learn practical relaxation tools, powerful mindset techniques, and evidence-based birth education. My goal is to help you replace fear with confidence, reconnect with your inner strength, and approach birth feeling calm, informed and empowered.
