We are a professional and experiences sleep consultancy offering basic & comprehensicve support plans for sleep and behaviour (Birth to 10 years). We offer baby massage courses as well as single sessions (Birth to 1 year) and of course an at home kit for those who still cannot/don't want to venture out yet (Birth to 2 years). Lastly we offer a service called helping hands which in short is flexible and affordable after care like a maternity nurse, you can book anything from 4 hours to multiple days, we will support you in any way you need that day, maybe you need to catch up on sleep and have a shower before asking some questions and then you will be provided with an 8 week cheet sheet of everything you may encounter in the following months (Birth to 1 year).
