What Benchmark Gymnastics says

At Benchmark our Parent & Toddler Classes are based around 'FUNdamentals' - a fun and exciting programme designed and developed by British Gymnastics, in conjunction with early years specialists, to help younger children from toddler to 6 years to acquire essential physical, social and emotional life skills. The FUNdamentals program is organised around 16 themes, such as ‘seaside’ and ‘healthy eating’. Each theme is usually delivered over 6 sessions for the duration of approximately 45 minutes.
