60 min pre & post-natal circuits class providing a full body, predominantly low impact session. Focus is on safe, functional & effective exercise for all stages of non-complicated pregnancy and post-natal period. This class is designed to maintain (during pregnancy) & develop (post-natal) fitness, flexibility, weight, stamina, core & pelvic floor strength & control and improve your body awareness, It will help to reduce aches & pains, improve posture, increase self-confidence and encourage a positive body image. Best of all you can bring your baby along with you and meet other mums in the area! Please note that there are no creche facilities & this is an outdoor class, so please ensure you are happy to be responsible for looking after your child whilst still exercising safely. I will brief everyone on how best to do this at the start of every session. Now is the time to invest in your incredible body & everything it has achieved!!
