In Beyond Birth Mindful Early Parenting Groups, you will learn and practice simple, effective life-skills like relaxation, affirmations, journaling and mindfulness to ensure more joy and resilience and model to your children as they grow. Beyond Birth Practitioners offer online and in person group and 1:1 sessions across the UK and online.
