Our pregnancy pathways are designed to support you through different journeys -
with sessions for mums to be, dads to be, couples or other birth partners and supporters
In the 4th Trimester our postnatal sessions for new mamas offer support for your mental wellbeing and relaxation to aid your physical recuperation, as well as support for your infant feeding choices. Beyond the immediate postnatal period we also offer parenting workshops and 1 to 1 consultations for families of all shapes and sizes; with topics including infant feeding, weaning, sleep, baby wearing, and more - from birth into the teenage years.
Or you can join us for relaxed play - whether that's time spent together with your little one through massage, yoga and sensory play. Or time out for you while your children enjoy a session.
