Bluebell Cottage School is a co-educational pre-school for children aged between two and five, located in London, England, consisting of two School locations; Kensington and Chelsea. Founded in 2016 by London Nursery Schools (LNS) the School strives to empower early years education through playful experiences that engage children through language, sports, and art. Morning, or Afternoon School admissions are offered to registered families in the two schools, with a School House approach to meet the individual needs of every child, and enabling learning and development in the world around them. Children start the School aged two in Bear House, aged three in Owl house, and aged four in Squirrel House. Through play children learn to communicate with friends and teachers exploring a wide vocabulary with english language and literature, and Spanish as an additional language. Fine and Gross motor skills are developed through the sports, art, and music curriculum. Above all, children are encouraged to just be themselves, explore and have fun within a learning environment that provides a safe, and nurturing cocoon for young children to thrive. There is a high teacher to child ratio to ensure the individual needs of every child are observed, and developed. Fresh food is served to children in School everyday with nutritious snacks, and lunch for the morning school children, and a light tea for children attending the afternoon school. Bluebell Cottage School enables children to fully express themselves in a nurturing school environment that supports their cognitive development between the ages of two and five. Children in Squirrel House graduate with offers to their first choice local prep Schools in Kensington and Chelsea, and the School supports admissions that extend beyond the local catchment area with international links in America, and Asia.
