Breathe Arts Health Research has five years clinical research to validate the medical benefits of the performing arts and magic based therapy for young people with hemiplegia or mental health, within London and Nationwide. Breathe Melodies for Mums is a ground-breaking singing service for mothers with postnatal depression. The programme is based on pioneering research carried out in 2016 by Royal College of Music and Imperial College. They found that a 10-week programme of singing and music-making for mothers with postnatal depression (PND) could be a viable alternative to traditional approaches of support.
