About

I'm Nicci from Breathe & Bloom Yoga, a local mum from Nottingham with 2 little ones! I set up my business after having my son in 2016. During pregnancy and after having my first baby I struggled a lot with mental health problems. Yoga and mindfulness is something I've practiced for over 15 years and hugely supported me in what's been a challenging but amazing time in my life. I feel passionate about sharing these techniques with other mums and creating a safe and honest space where mums can come to relax, connect and share the ups and downs of motherhood together. I know first hand how important taking some time for yourself is when your a mum but also how difficult it can be. That's why all of my classes have a big focus on nourishing you the mum, as well as lots and lovely and fun stuff for the babies of course!
