Pregnancy yoga is specialised to support you with helpful yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques in a friendly space where you can meet other mums-to-be. Feel prepared, take care of the common ailments of pregnancy, and become more confident as you prepare for motherhood. Suitable from 12+ weeks into your pregnancy. We also offer Mum & Baby post-natal yoga. Pre-crawling babies and mums are welcome. The class includes a cuppa and a chat afterwards too. Come and feel supported during this exciting (and exhausting) time of new challenges.
