Infant massage is a fantastic way to bond and communicate with your baby via touch, eye contact and sound. The physical stimulation of the massage with encourage improved blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, aid digestion, and develop proprioception. Massage can provide relief from colic and constipation, wind, and teething pain. It has been proved to reduce adrenaline and cortisol, and increase oxytocin aka the love hormone.

About

Hi, I’m Jay, the founder and leader of BubbleBaby Massage.

I qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 2016 from London South Bank University, training at Evelina London, achieving BSc (Hons) Childrens Nursing (2.1). I then trained as a Qualified in Speciality Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, at Canterbury Christ Church University in 2019.

It was during this time I learnt about the importance of touch for babies, encouraging bonds to be built and love to grow within the limited hospital environment.

I was lucky enough to experience 2 baby massage courses with my own children, and when my youngest was 8 months old, I qualified with Blossom & Berry as a Baby Massage Practitioner. I have also completed CPD in Baby Massage for Colic & Reflux.

I am fully DBS checked, First Aid Trained, Neonatal Life Support (Resus Council) and insured with Westminster Insurance for baby massage and sensory play.
