My name is Lauren Hyett. I have 2 young children of my own so understand the challenges of fitting exercise into family life! After attending Buggyfit classes for 3 years I decided to leave my job in children's publishing and re-train as a PT and instructor. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Buggyfit Trainer and trained in Modern Post Natal Exercise and Wellness. I set up Happy Fit Mums so I could encourage more mums to exercise outdoors and benefit from both physical fitness and mental well-being.
