Whatever your postnatal stage we have a programme that will suit your needs, instructed by experts in the field of postnatal exercise. From initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness – and most of this from behind your buggy or pram.
Caroline has been into fitness since childhood and is passionate about getting mums and expectant mums to take part in safe, fun and effective exercises. She teaches outdoor classes in the beautiful parks of Barnes, Chiswick and Ravenscourt Park. Caroline is a highly qualified pre- & postnatal specialist, personal trainer and a mum of two. She has had her fair share of ups and downs since becoming a mother and is a big advocate of mums' looking after their mental health. She knows first-hand that a healthy mind in a healthy body is vital and uses a nurturing yet motivating and fun approach. Current classes: Antenatal Fitness, Buggyfit (postnatal fitness), Forest Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning and Walk & Talk.
