I run Mum & Baby/Toddler Fitness Classes and Ladies Only Bootcamps. Sessions are designed to to rebuild strength and stamina post baby in a safe and effective way. You bring your little one along with you so you don't need to find childcare. The child have a stay and play set up in the middle with age relevant toys so you can see them at all times.

I am Sarah, I'm a mum of 2 boys Luca 4 and Otis 1. I am a fully qualified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor.
When I had Otis I was diagnosed with PND, and exercise seemed like it was my only escape. So I wanted to create a safe environment for mums similar to me and those who want to get back into Fitness but are too worried about attending the gym or have no childcare.
