Busylizzy is a network of pre and postnatal fitness clubs supporting new and expectant parents who want to keep active and healthy throughout pregnancy and maternity.

Each Busylizzy club is locally owned and provides you with a programme of pregnancy fitness classes and postnatal workouts that are uniquely combined with baby developmental sessions for a rounded maternity experience. A workout for you; and fun class with your baby too! Classes take place in smart local studio's and online, live and interactive via Zoom.
