What CC Fitness says

Join me & other mums feel amazing both mentally & physically. This class is designed to safely maintain fitness throughout each trimester & ease you back in postpartum. There are options to progress each exercise when you feel ready, with no pressure. If your baby needs you in any way, this relaxed class enables you to tend to them & join in when you can, either holding them or letting them watch you being their role model.

About

I am a mum of 2 boys (just under 2 years apart) and my youngest is 10 months old so I totally get the physical and emotional changes mums can experience. Just getting out the house in the morning is an achievement most days so exercise makes me feel so positive about my day and week ahead, which reflects on my family. I work part-time in financial services from home until they both start nursery so yes, they are hanging from my legs, fighting with each other, throwing things around and pipe up whilst on business calls - it's chaos! I teach exercise classes around my working days, which is my true passion.
