CHILDREN SANCTUM

We currently run an activity group for 3-5 year olds focusing on arts & crafts and movement activities. This is run by outstanding facilitators with a wealth of resources. We keep our overall mission and aim at the heart of the group. Providing a peaceful, harmonious, containing and relaxed space in which we nurture your children Enabling developmentally appropriate free choice so children can express and develop their strengths. Nurturing children's inner worlds by putting the creative arts at the centre of our activities. Extensive use of the outdoor classroom and environment. The use of seasonal rhythms. Ensuring each child feels happy, safe and secure. Giving children clear boundaries and using a democratic approach to discipline. Encouraging children to develop positive attitudes and respect for themselves and others. Promoting values of sustainability and environmental responsibility, as well as community involvement. Employing staff with a deep understanding of children's emotional, physical, creative and spiritual needs. Working hand in hand with parents on their parenting journey.
