About

Hi, I’m Clare. I’m a trained pre & postnatal teacher and have been teaching yoga for the last 9 years. My own experience of becoming a mother in 2021 brought home to me just how tender and transitional new motherhood is. I’m really passionate about holding a welcoming and warm space for mothers to gather and focus on their own nourishment and care.

As well as holding a relaxing and compassionate space to connect to your body, I’m all about sharing simple supportive practices that can be incorporated into daily life in doable ways to build strength and embodiment.
