What Climb a Tree Pilates says

Our classes offer a safe and effective way to recover from pregnancy and childbirth – helping you regain your abdominal strength and realign your posture. These classes provide mental and physical benefits that allow new mums to cope better with the demands of motherhood. Not only do they help your body adapt to the postural demands of caring for a newborn, they also help to manage stress at a time of significant change. We follow the official recommendation for recommencing Pilates; a minimum of 6 weeks for a natural birth and 8 – 12 weeks post caesarean. You will need to be cleared by your GP to attend this class.

About

Vincente was first initiated to Pilates while working at one of the biggest dance companies in Canada.

After sustaining an injury whilst running, she started to practice on the reformer. By the time she recovered, she was hooked! Pilates has helped her improve her performance and to find balance and coordination in her everyday life. It is through these body discoveries that she realised she wanted to share her passion for Pilates with others and went on to receive her Mat and Reformer Pilates training certifications with Polestar.

She also holds a Pre and Postnatal certification from APPI.
