I teach a lovely Hypnobirthing antenatal course which will leave you fully prepared for an empowering and positive birth experience, where ever or how ever you birth your baby. I teach privately, in the comfort of your home, or online both privately or in a group. The choice is yours, teaching hypnobirthing is a privilege and a pleasure for me. I love meeting couples and supporting them on their journey to becoming a family. I will set up a watsapp group between us and encourage you to contact me as often as you need right up until and beyond the birth of your baby. I also offer Home Birth support and am a big advocate for this after having a beautiful home birth with my daughter. Along with hypnobirthing I teach baby massage and offer a free, private session, in your home, once your baby arrives.

The sessions are split into 4 but this is all flexible, if you'd rather take your course over a weekend that is also something that I can accommodate. The cost includes a space for you and your birth partner and as the sessions progress you will learn about the physiology of child birth, the importance of the connection between your mind and body, the impact of your birthing environment upon your birth, the hormones used during labour, along with how to master incredible and powerful relaxation techniques to be practiced in pregnancy and taken to your birth. Your birth partner will enjoy learning about their important role too and look forward to welcoming your baby as a team. You and your birth partner will learn that there are always options in maternity care and that you have the power to take responsibility for your birth, with my support.

I love building relationships with my clients and making our sessions relaxed and comfortable so that you feel at ease and able to ask any questions you may have.

I cover Highams Park, Walthamstow and Chingford but am happy to take clients from further afieild online. I have taught clients in Australia in my zoom classes!

My name is Katie and I live in East London with my two young children and partner. I became OBSESSED with hypnobirthing in 2018 when I feel pregnant with my son. I was really afraid of giving birth and I did a course with The Positive Birth Company and the love affair begain.

Fast forward a couple of years and a second baby later I decided to quit my career in publishing to pursue teaching full time. It really is my passion and it allows me to be there for my other passion, my family. I also teach for The Positive Birth Company which is also such a privilege.
