About Counting Kids - Hertfordshire
Counting Kids offers fun, high-energy maths classes for children aged 2–5 across Hertfordshire. Led by experienced early years educators and qualified teachers, every session is filled with songs, games, and movement to build children’s confidence with numbers through playful, engaging learning.

Each class is based on the six key concepts of early mathematical development—Counting, Comparing, Composition, Pattern, Space & Shape, and Measures—providing a strong foundation in numeracy before school begins. Research shows early maths skills are a powerful predictor of later academic success, even more so than early reading skills!
With lovable mascots Digit and Dot, a fully EYFS-aligned programme, and activities that support both cognitive and physical development, Counting Kids helps every child feel confident, capable and excited about learning.
