Dance Stars Academy is a dance company based in Torfaen, South Wales. We offer dance classes for pre-schoolers all the way up to adults.
We dance to all the latest chart topping hits and welcome children and adults of all abilities to get involved. Our classes focus on learning high quality dance routines, having fun, staying active and where children & adults can achieve & gain confidence.
About
Hi, I’m Rhian, the instructor at DSA
I have been dancing and performing since the age of three.
After leaving school I completed a Btec in performing arts at Cross keys college and then went on to Manchester University where I studied Physical Theatre and Dance.
I am trained in many different styles including Jazz, Street, Cheerleading, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Salsa, Contemporary and now Zumba fitness. I have also taught dance at GCSE level, teaching both dance and dance theory in schools for educational purposes to children aged 11-16 years.
Dance stars Academy is a Torfaen based dance school that teaches a variety of dance styles for all ages and abilities. We often take part in local events and competitions and hold our own annual theatre shows.
I am very passionate about performing and love teaching my students the most up to date choreography, which not only helps them achieve but also helps them grow, develop and gain confidence.
