What Dawns - Hwyl a Sbri - Dance says

Hwyl a Sbri is the name of Flame Dance Studios pre-school program for dancers aged 2½ - 5 years old. These classes are the foundations on which their dance journey is built.

This program is unique as it’s a bilingual class. Your child needn’t have any prior knowledge of Welsh or English, but will grow their language skills alongside learning how to dance. This will be done through the use of Welsh and English music as well as teacher interaction.

We will introduce your child to the world of dance in a fun, playful and caring environment, nurturing their natural love of movement through structured games and exercises, calling on their imagination and incorporating props.

The classes are specifically designed to introduce basic dancing skills in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Hip hop and Tap and extend beyond dance to develop children's coordination, rhythm skills, language and social skills and musicality.

The classes will also encourage independence as parents remain outside of the room for the lesson.
