Build confidence. Unlock imagination. Be anything. At Drama with Hannah-Rose, we see the world through your child’s eyes. At this age, drama isn’t just about performing in front of an audience. It’s a dress rehearsal for the journey ahead of them. It’s about the positive effect of building confidence and imagination – using storytelling and roleplay to nurture creativity and independence. Every session combines stories, games, songs, props and sensory play to go on a new adventure. Anything’s possible as we explore different worlds – from a giant’s castle to outer space! We go wherever their imagination takes them.

Drama with Hannah-Rose was created to bring out the best in young people. Since she can remember, Hannah-Rose has seen and experienced the positive effects that drama and imaginative play have during those crucial, formative years.

“Most of my childhood was spent dressing up and putting on shows with my siblings in the garden,” Hannah-Rose tells us. “Visitors to our house had no choice but to watch hours of performances I had noisily created and directed between naps and mouthfuls of biscuits!”

Keen to channel her enthusiasm (and get a moment’s peace!), Hannah-Rose’s parents took the budding performer to her first drama class at the age of 9. And drama very quickly became her life.

“I felt my confidence growing and never looked back,” she remembers.

Fast-forward 20 years, and still fuelled by naps and biscuits, Hannah-Rose now works as a drama facilitator – which means she pretty much does everything. Running drama classes for 18-month to 21-year olds. Preparing students to take their London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) exams. Teaching for Stagecoach across the UK. And working as an assistant producer for an interactive children’s theatre company.

Using her experience and seeing a need for immersive storytelling, Drama with Hannah-Rose launched in 2020.

“We’re so happy to bring Drama with Hannah-Rose to you all,” she tells us. “It’s such fun interacting with your little people – and even more fun exploring new things with them. I’m loving watching all these little performers grow week by week, as well as the joy on their faces as they become immersed in each adventure – it’s why we do this.”

Hannah-Rose and the team are so excited to bring you along on this magical journey. And whether it’s at one of our in-person classes, a party, or even watching us from your living room, we can’t wait to start creating new adventures with you and your little people.
