Dream Time Baby Massage offers a unique and consistent routine suitable for babies 4-6 weeks until crawling. The 50 minute routine involves a warm-up, and full body massage, all done alongside singing. It is consistent, and allows both baby and parent/carer to develop confidence with it. Dream Time offers all the wonderful benefits of infant massage, plus the opportunity for closeness, bonding and trust building. In physical classes, there would usually be a cuppa and homemade cake after every session! All parents/carers joining classes regularly are invited to be part of a private Facebook group, just for past and present Dream Time parents for ongoing support. The cost of virtual classes is massively discounted, because I want to make Dream Time available to as many parents/carers as possible during this difficult time.

I have been a Dream Time teacher for 4 years, and I'm also a hypnotherapist, and a registered Dietitian, and I've worked for the NHS for many years in my previous career. I left NHS working shortly after having my own baby, having experienced the magic of Dream Time - I wanted to share it with others!
