Dynamo Gym Tots runs a variety of fun gym classes for children under 5yrs old from our premises in Hamble and centres in the local community. Children love to climb, roll, jump and leap and with the use of soft play apparatus, Gym Tots classes promote basic movement skills, co-ordination and balance in a safe and fun environment. The structured physical play programmes are designed according to age groups (Baby Gym, 2yrs old, 3-4yrs old) and aim to encourage children to enjoy physical activity. Basic gymnastics skills, action rhymes and songs plus the development of socially acceptable behaviour are incorporated into a whole range of activities based around various themes within each age group. Gym Tots classes are run by fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches. Classes run by Gym Tots follow the Fundamental movement programmes accredited by British Gymnastics, the UK national governing body for gymnastics.
